Place the eye mask on your eyes with the notched edge facing down and tuck the ear loops behind your ears. Keep eyes closed and do not press the mask against your eyes during application.
I love this mask! I love how it slowly warms up, has unique pressure points and a calming, not over-powering scent. I know it suggests to not wear a sleep mask over this mask, but I like using my sleep mask over this mask - it makes the mask more snug on my face. I use the mask to help me unwind at the end of the day and it puts me in a calm mood, ready for bed.
