This toner has changed my routine and will remain a fixture in my skincare regimen! I never typically liked toners as I found them stripping but this one is a game changer! Not only does it remove excess makeup but it hydrates my skin making it look fresh and plump. I love the gel like texture and have noticed a much brighter clearer complexion.
